X-ray CT scan and 3D visualization analysis
What is X-ray CT Scanning and 3D Visualization Analysis?
Internal inspection without destruction
The internal state of a product or specimen can be observed without destroying (cutting, cutting, disassembling, etc.) it using an industrial X-ray CT scanner.
Its features enable nondestructive internal examination and observation of prototypes of industrial products and valuable cultural assets.
The 3D data obtained from CT scans can be superimposed on blueprints and products in three dimensions to enable shape comparisons, including internal structures.
This enables verification of the product's workmanship with a 3D digital image.
Reverse engineering
What is RPV reverse engineering?

This is a technology to create 3D data from an actual object using X-ray CT scans, digitizers, etc.
Depending on the material, size, and shape, 3D data (STL data) is created using X-ray CT and digitizers (ATOS).
If STL data is available, it can be output with a 3D printer.
It also makes it possible to compare dimensions and shapes with design drawings and other products.
