Last week, I went on a business trip to Hiroshima for two nights and three days for the first time in a long time.I wasn't in my element on the first day, but I managed to get the job done.
So on the second day, we went to eat authentic okonomiyaki for dinner, which I would like to introduce to you.
This restaurant also serves delicious okonomiyaki, so I always order it when I visit. The okonomiyaki is quite large and takes a little time, so I order it ahead of time.
Since we had come to Hiroshima, after all, we ordered teppan-yaki oysters while okonomiyaki was cooking. The soy sauce and oyster broth are the best.
While we were drinking beer with this, the okonomiyaki was prepared in front of us. The staff member accompanying me had "soba" (noodles), so the okonomiyaki was quite hearty.
I ordered it without "soba" and it is just the right volume. The cabbage in the okonomiyaki here is sweet and delicious. I ordered it without soba, so the volume was just right!

This store worked in Hiroshima for a long time.My brother told me about this restaurant. The restaurant is called "Chizu" located in Kaneyama-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City.
The photo below shows the entrance, but it is a bit confusing because of the signs for different stores with different tastes (^^;);

The picture below shows the sign above the back door. Holy shit, for some reason this one is easier to find.
