I was in bad shape because the road I was running on was unusable after the Kumamoto earthquake in 2016.
The car was overhauled for inspection.

The valve guide lip was worn, causing the oil to drop.
I was prepared for this, but I am shocked.
I ordered the valve guide in June while it was out of stock due to a series of other bad things.
Delivery was in October.
