Reverse engineering video added.

Hello, I am the webmaster.

New Reverse Engineering Introduction video on the Reverse Engineering page.

Added. This time, with the help of our website designer, we have added an easy-to-understand

What do you think?

We hope you will take a look.

Off topic, but as of today (August 30, 2019), if you search for "X-ray CT reverse engineering"

Our website will be displayed first! Since the end of the Obon vacation, we have been having a lot of rainy weather, which tends to make us feel down,

As the person in charge, I am glad to hear this, even though it is a small thing!

Team Lab on a hot day

Hello, I am the webmaster.

It's been hot and humid since the rainy season started! As an indoor person, I like air-conditioned places (lol).

I like augmented reality (AR) and other things, so I sometimes take my kids to Team Lab.

In Kyushu, it is located at Canal City Hakata in Fukuoka.

The room is dark because of the projector showing various objects, and the air conditioning is working well.

I like to go there in summer. I also like the spring water tunnel in Takamori, which also glows in various ways in the dark.

This is a drawing aquarium.

Fish drawn with crayons swim in a virtual sea.

Orchestra with light balls. When you roll the glowing ball, it makes fantastic sounds.

Touch the hieroglyphs to change them into the animals from which they are derived.

Touch the AR dwarfs? You can play with them.

Although it is a children's game, I, as an adult, also enjoyed it, forgetting the world for a moment.

VTR250 radialization +α

This time, the VTR250 used as a foot bike was radialized? The following is a list of the products that we have made.
The calipers and masters that I was saving to use for something.
Finally, it will see the light of day.
It took about six months from conception to porting the brake calipers.

Place and dimension the caliper to be used.

Tentative use is made with a piece of wood to check position and clearance.
(This is the hardest part. Additional processing and development later...)

Drawing is made and a fabrication shop is requested.
The processors are quintessential professionals. They change the material depending on the part to be used.

Tentatively assembled the finished product. The measurements were not correct, so additional work was required.

One installed. New brake rotors, etc.

Radial brake master is also ported.
New mirror holders were installed due to lack of mirror holders.

I'm using radial calipers, but with supports.
It's just a fake radialization (^o^;)

Then the tires were converted to radial.
Dunlop SPORTMAX GPR-300.
I was torn between this and α-14, but due to the nature of the vehicle, I think I'll go with this one.

And +α, I'd like to change the front fork oil for engine oil.
I put in 10W-40.
I was thinking of replacing the spring because it felt like it was bottoming out, but for now.
We experimented to see what would happen with high viscosity oil.

impression

Brake master & caliper:
The braking power was increased as expected, but the lever touch was improved.
It was a happy miscalculation.

SPORTMAX GPR-300:
Not to mention better grip since they are new tires.
It has become easier to make adjustments to the tipping point.
The previous models were worn unevenly and seemed to fall down suddenly, but now they are much better.

Front fork oil:
I was thinking of replacing the springs, but this might work too!

It's been over midsummer every day, but take care of yourself.
everyoneSafetyRaidI'll see you then........

TA-BO'S THEATRE

Hello, RPV.

It has been a while. How are you doing? It is getting warmer during the busy season at the end of the fiscal year.

We had no flu in our company because of the company vaccination program, but it was difficult for some of our staff to get sick with hay fever and sinusitis (me).

Some time ago, last November, we exhibited at a die-casting exhibition held at Pacifico Yokohama.

This is an image of Mt. Aso from an airplane heading for Haneda. It was a good view during the season of autumn leaves.

At this time of year, the air is clear and distant views can be seen clearly.

Fuji can be seen near the center of this image. Fuji is also wonderful this time of year when it is snow-capped.Yes!

On its lower side is Omaezaki, located between the Sea of Enshu and Suruga Bay.

During the exhibition, we received many new visitors to our booth, including many new customers,

Existing customers and software and equipment manufacturers were invited to attend,

Thank you again. Thank you very much.

After the die-casting exhibition, one of the pleasures of business trips is dinner.

I went to a restaurant called Bon Marche in Kannai. This restaurant has an open kitchen style.

The interior of the restaurant was quite clean, and the staff moved briskly, which made a good impression.

For drinks, we ordered sparkling wine, as the restaurant is primarily wine oriented.

We started with hors d'oeuvres, and ordered a variety of other dishes and food, all of which were delicious...lol;.;

The staff at the restaurant was friendly and I liked it so much that I went back two days in a row.

After dinner, we walked a little toward Bashamichi and went to "TA-BO'S THEATRE" on Aioi Street (^^;).;

When I told him that I had come from Kyushu, he was quite impressed and was very enthusiastic about the show. I was very satisfied with Tabor's show.

The standard impersonations were excellent, but the behind-the-scenes stories of the industry and the impersonations of home appliances were also great.;

The exhibition ended without incident and I returned to Kumamoto. It is a great relief to see Mt. Aso, isn't it?

Next month, from April 17 (Wed.) to 19 (Fri.), we will exhibit at the Design and Manufacturing Solutions Expo at Port Messe Nagoya in Nagoya.

If you are interested, please come! See you soon!(^^)/

What is an artifact?

Hello, I am the webmaster. I would like to write on the unusual topic of X-ray CT (smile).

X-ray CT imaging data may show noise called "metal artifacts.

The larger the specific gravity, the more complex the shape, and the larger the size, the more pronounced the noise.

However, with our technology, we were able to eliminate the metal artifact. The object photographed is an aluminum part measuring approximately 40 cm.

If it is roughly the same, metal artifacts are a prominent feature. (In the case of microfocus CT)

Conventionally, it would look like this.

However,

See, it's a beautiful picture (laughs).

To tell the truth, the 3D data created by the 3D digitizer was superimposed on the CT data.

If you want to know more details, please contact us.

Windsurfing after a long time

Hello, RPV.
It was the end of last month, but I went windsurfing for the first time in a long time.
I was also heavy-handed, as my follow-up health checkup indicated that I was not getting enough exercise.
The location is Eguchi Beach in the northwestern part of Kagoshima Prefecture.

It took us about 3 hours from Kumamoto City. It has been about a year since I have been sailing here~(^^;);

The day was marked by a weak winter pressure pattern, with a moderate northwesterly monsoon already in the air,

A few local sailors are getting together to change into wetsuits and prepare to sail.

I forgot my digital camera, so these images are from my smartphone.

You're alive, aren't you?" I was teased or encouraged by the local sailors,

With words of encouragement, I too set sail.

It had been a long time since I had been in the water, so I was nervous that I would not be able to ride well, but I managed to enjoy the ride.

But I still can't deny that I don't get enough exercise on a daily basis!

My whole body was on fire after the first round trip, but I managed to get it under control and sailed well enough.

It had been a while since I had surfed, so I decided to take it easy on the offshore gliding and sailing.

And so the local sailors gathered one after another.

I seem to be the only one from outside the prefecture this time.

I was surprised to learn that one of the local sailors was 75 years old.

Well, this hobby is aging, but we can't lose.;

The elderly driver sign on the back door of the car is quite austere.

So the windsurfing season is in full swing.

Reconstruction after the Kumamoto earthquake has progressed well, and this year, we will do our best to

I would like to revive ocean going for the sake of my health!

It is also famous for its beautiful sunsets.

I hope to introduce some local delicacies in my next issue.

See you soon.

Sea bream fishing in Amakusa in autumn

So, the other day, I went to Amakusa to go "sea bream fishing" (^^;).;

Hello, RPV here. It's been a while since I had a fishing story. What a surprise, this time we went offshore fishing in the daytime on a boat.

I usually fish for small fish such as horse mackerels at night on the bank, so "sea bream fishing" is a pretty big catch for me, so I was very nervous! I was so nervous!

Recently, I have only been to the bank fishing once for some reason in the past year (>_<).

I was invited by a senior student to go fishing on his boat. When we arrived at the marina, the boat had already been lowered into the water. I really envied him for owning a boat like this!

The day is sunny and the temperature is just right. The wind is a little strong - or is it?

The vessel is equipped with GPS, radar, and a fish finder. The latest fish finders can not only detect fish, but also measure their size. I was surprised at the performance of these detectors. It would be even better if it could also display the species and number of fish (^^;);

On the way, we pass the point where the tides collide. The sea surface was quite rough. The tides here in the Ariake Sea ebb and flow so much that when the tides move greatly, the tides from many directions collide with each other and the sea surface becomes rough. Does this mean that it is a good feeding ground for fish?

And so we arrive off the coast of Gowa.

I used the same gears as my senpai had taught me (although they belonged to my senpai), and as soon as I started the rod, I got a hit.

At first I wondered if it was rooted? I thought so, but a strong pull bent the rod and made it tremble.

As I reeled up the reel, nervous that I might be caught, a beautiful pink-colored fish emerged from the reel. Oh, wow! As I was getting nervous at how fast the fishing was going, my senpai helped me to scoop it up with a ball net. The sea bream that came up was about 1 kg in size. I said to myself, ’This is a good start! I kept on swinging the rod, and in the next three hours, I caught sea bream weighing 0.8 to 1.5 kg!

He said he usually catches more snapper, but today's fishing was not so good, and the snapper fishing season is from now until February. But if you catch a snapper this size on the bank, you are a hero!From my point of view, today is a big day and a big catch.(^^;

What kind of fishing do senpai usually do? I headed home with a simple question in my mind: "What kind of fishing do seniors usually do?

The sea bream from Hayasaki Seto, located between Shimabara Peninsula and Amakusa Shimojima, has a reputation for being very delicious because of its beautiful color and fast currents.

On the way back home, after the nerve clamping, it is further tightened with ice water.To cooler by way of storage (>_<)

They say that if they do this, they will not become rigid for a while.

On the way back, we enjoyed cruising with a leisurely petit sightseeing tour.

This is the lava dome of Mount Unzen Fugendake.

Holy shit, I watched Amakusa Dolphin Watching!

Yushima, also known as Trapezoid Island because of its shape. This area is also a good point for fishing.

The red bridge is Matsushima Bridge (Amakusa No. 5 Bridge).

Well, the view is great by the way, and cruising on a boat in this season is great!

Maejima Bridge (Amakusa No. 4 Bridge).

Pass under the Maejima Bridge. You will see Rizo Terrace Amakusa on the far right.

Pass by the Waku Waku Underwater Aquarium Sea Donuts at the back of Rizo Terrace.

So the fun "Big Furoshiki Snapper Fishing & Cruising" ended successfully.

My seniors were not satisfied with their catch, but I was very happy.

My senpai told me that I should eat sashimi tonight, so I hurriedly made sashimi on the day of the event.

The meat was soft, and in collaboration with the wasabi I bought in Izu, it became the best sashimi I have ever tasted.

Let the seniors take you back there (^^;);

See you later.

Nico the dog

Hello, I am the webmaster.

Recently, one of our company members decided to get a new Labrador Retriever.

Her name is Nico. Despite her large body, she is a gentle pup.

Our president said, "Steven Seagal's first starring role...

Do any of you know what it is?

I have a cute Shiba Inu-like one at my webmaster's house. He is overprotective.

Dogs are soothing to me. They snuggle with you.

We would like to continue to work closely with the various types of craftsmanship in this country.

Best regards
